He will also play a key role in CEMA\u2019s management team for the BBC. Mukaddam formerly served as director of music in the content division for the BBC\u2019s commercial arm.<\/p>\n<p>Grant Welland, the executive VP for CEMA, made the appointment. He commented: \u201cI\u2019m looking forward to seeing Salim bring his entrepreneurial spirit and passion to our operations in CEE. We\u2019re delighted to have him on board for such a key role within the management team at CEMA.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mukaddam added: &#8220;I\u2019m really looking forward to joining an already outstanding team to deliver on the huge growth opportunities for our business across Central and Eastern Europe and continuing to build on CEMA\u2019s success for the future.
