In her new role, Clarke will oversee ITV Studios\u2019s global distribution strategy, which includes continuing to head up the distributor\u2019s content-acquisition activity. She reports to Maria Kyriacou, ITV Studios&#8217;s president of international.<\/p>\n<p>Kyriacou said: \u201cITVS GE has grown consistently over the last five years having built a stellar global network of producers from both within ITVS and the wider business. Ruth\u2019s leadership of the content strategy has put the business on the right footing for our next phase of growth and I know she will work really well with the fantastic ITVS GE team to achieve this.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Clarke added: \u201cThe business is in a great position\u2014we have a brilliant team representing a world-class portfolio of content across almost all genres.
