The weekly ten-minute short sees Collins share his opinions regarding various British TV shows, using his experiences both behind and in front of the camera. New episodes of <em>Telly Addict<\/em> will be available on UKTV\u2019s YouTube channel every Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p><em>Telly Addict<\/em> is written and presented by Collins, produced by Dave Barnsby, executive produced by Justine Bower and filmed by UKTV\u2019s publicity producer, Matt Hemes. The vlog is part of UKTV\u2019s social strategy to increase its exclusive short-form YouTube content.<\/p>\n<p>Collins said: \u201cI\u2019m thrilled to be continuing with <em>Telly Addict<\/em> under the protective wing of UKTV, whose original output, especially in comedy, has long been on my watchlist. It began life as a column in <em>Word<\/em> magazine ten years ago, and it feels oddly subversive that it should finally arrive at a company that makes TV! I hope new and existing supporters will join me for a chat on YouTube every Tuesday.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bower, the head of consumer communications and <em>Telly Addict<\/em> executive producer, commented, &#8220;As a company that&#8217;s passionate about television we jumped at the opportunity to give <em>Telly Addict<\/em> a new home on our network. We love that Andrew&#8217;s reviews reflect the craft of television and he has grown an engaged and informed community around it over the past five years.
