Bryan and Reik will head up the newly named Endemol Shine Beyond UK, bringing the Endemol Beyond UK and ChannelFlip teams under one roof. Both Bryan and Reik will continue to report into Endemol Shine UK\u2019s commercial director, Laurence Jones. ChannelFlip will continue to operate as an MCN within the new structure.<\/p>\n<p>Jones said: \u201cThe new Endemol Shine Beyond UK structure brings together the fantastic teams from Endemol Beyond and ChannelFlip under one roof with a first-class leadership team. These are exciting times ahead as we continue to diversify our premium digital offering.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Kate Glover, currently head of female lifestyle, will take on the role of joint sales director alongside Elliot Willis, formerly sales director at ChannelFlip.
