The pact will also see DRG become the exclusive distributor&nbsp;for Outline&#039;s new finished programs and formats and selected titles within their back catalogue of programming, allowing the company to offer more U.K. formats to international buyers.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDRG will take an advisory role to provide direction as to what content is best suited for international development, while Outline will offer insight to DRG in regards to what formats and programming are successful in the U.K. The first example of this collaboration will be<em> Born On<\/em> for Channel 4.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tRichard Halliwell, COO of DRG, remarked: &quot;It is essential that as the market consolidates we embrace new models and ways of working to ensure continued access to the very best pipeline of content. We are really pleased and excited to be developing a strategic relationship with one of the U.K.&#039;s most successful production companies so that both companies can reach our shared international ambitions.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>\n\tLaura Mansfield, the managing director of Outline Productions, added: &quot;Outline has built its reputation as a creative and high quality producer over the years. We&#039;ve got a slate of ideas currently in production and development on both sides of the Atlantic which I couldn&#039;t be more excited about, and now it&#039;s time to push to a new level. DRG and the Nice Group are a forward-thinking group, particularly in regard to hub production which they&#039;ve used successfully in the past.
