\n\tIn his new role, Spalding will help determine the company’s strategic direction and oversee its growth plans in both the U.K. and international markets, building on his previous role as board advisor. He will lead investor relations and oversee sales and marketing processes as the brand continues to expand. Spalding has previously served as FremantleMedia's regional CEO for Europe and Asia Pacific and as the CEO of Yummi Media Group.<\/p>\n
