Roku is rolling out three streaming player models in the country: the Roku Streaming Stick, Roku 2 and Roku 3. In all, there will be 200-plus movie and TV-show channels, 100-plus music channels, 100-plus food channels, 100-plus casual games, nearly 100 kids&#039; and family channels, nearly 100 sports channels and nearly 50 internet video channels.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;Roku streaming players give consumers choice and control over what they watch on TV,&rdquo; said Clive Hudson, the VP of Europe at Roku. &ldquo;With a Roku streaming player you can watch popular movies and TV shows, independent movies, cartoons, cooking shows and even yoga instruction videos. There really is something for everyone. And not just paid content, as many of the channels that we offer are completely free.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\n\tMathias&nbsp;Hautefort, the CEO at&nbsp;videofutur, added:&nbsp;&ldquo;Roku&rsquo;s launch in France is great news for both consumers and content providers like us. Roku is an open platform addressing the OTT market in France which is also one of our main targets.&nbsp;Our aim is to make our service LA VOD videofutur available to all French consumers.
