During her time at FIC, she helped steer the strategic direction and management of several sports endeavors across the region. She advised on acquisitions and business strategies for FOX Sports channels, including localization, international programming negotiations, digital media and operations. Prior to joining FIC, Butler pioneered the launch of cable and satellite television in the Asia-Pacific region as the head of sport at STAR-TV and later as senior VP and general manager at ESPN STAR Sports.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDiego Londo&ntilde;o, the COO of FIC Europe and Africa, said, &ldquo;As a veteran executive of Sports businesses around the world, Kelly brought a wealth of knowledge, experience and relationships to FIC. She was instrumental in growing our sports footprint and helping guide strategy, operations and acquisitions.
