Before joining Kudos in 2014, Strevens was the head of development at Hat Trick where credits included <em>The Suspicions of Mr Whicher <\/em>and <em>Case Sensitive<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tMeanwhile, Naomi de Pear, the former head of development, is stepping up to a producing role at Kudos. This kicks off with <em>Flowers<\/em>, the recently announced 6&#215;30-minute comedy drama for Channel 4, which she developed alongside writer\/director Will Sharpe. She will also continue as a development producer working on new scripted ideas. Additionally, Chris Fry, the producer on Channel 4\/AMC&rsquo;s <em>Humans<\/em>, has been promoted to an executive producer role at the company. Fry will work on the recently announced second season of <em>Humans<\/em> alongside executive producer Derek Wax. He will also develop other projects within the company.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe appointments mark the first executive moves by new joint CEOs Diederick Santer and Daniel Isaacs, who took up their positions at Kudos in May.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tSanter and Isaacs said: &ldquo;Naomi, Jo and Chris are amongst the smartest and most adventurous producers and development executives in the industry.
