The company will now focus on enabling them to expand even faster by leveraging the benefits from being part of an international digital entertainment group. MTG already closed the acquisitions of Zoomin.TV, the online video entertainment network, content production and advertising sales house, and Splay, the number one multichannel network in Scandinavia.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tJ&oslash;rgen Madsen Lindemann, MTG&#039;s president and CEO, said: &ldquo;The investments in ESL, Zoomin and Splay are a key part of MTG&rsquo;s transformation as a global digital entertainer.
