Previously, Korn played key roles in a number of projects at Discovery, including the channel launches of Quest and Investigation Discover in the U.K. He was formerly Discovery&#039;s head of programming for the U.K. and Western Europe.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tKorn said: &ldquo;I&rsquo;m very excited to be embarking on this new challenge which will give me the opportunity to develop and produce different factual strands of STV Productions&rsquo; work. I loved working for Discovery but the time has come for a new challenge and I&rsquo;m looking forward to the next chapter of my career.&rdquo;<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tAlan Clements, STV&#039;s director of content, said: &ldquo;Dan is known throughout the industry for his creativity and he joins STV with an impressive production portfolio.
