He will also oversee script-development deals. Cox will step into his new post later this month.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tHe joins ESI with 14 years&rsquo; experience in the TV industry, including nine years at BBC Worldwide, where he served as the head of business management, content and production. Most recently, Simon held the role of investment manager at Ingenious Media.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;Simon is an outstanding executive and Endemol Shine International are thrilled that he will be joining our team at such an exciting time for the company,&rdquo; Payne said. &ldquo;Both Endemol and Shine have a long and successful tradition of third-party representation across scripted and non-scripted, including key titles such as <em>Home and Away<\/em>,<em> My Kitchen Rules<\/em>, <em>The Block<\/em>, <em>Hot in Cleveland<\/em>, <em>Younger<\/em>, <em>24 Hours in the A&amp;E<\/em>, <em>Death Comes to Pemberley<\/em> and the upcoming <em>Dark Matter <\/em>and <em>The Frankenstein Chronicles<\/em>.
