She previously worked in acquisition, development and production at various FremantleMedia companies. Fritz, who has worked in the industry for 43 years, joined Global Screen three years ago.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThomas Weymar, Global Screen&rsquo;s CEO, said: &ldquo;Alexandra Heidrich&rsquo;s huge experience with clients worldwide and her excellent sense of trends and development will be invaluable as we further shape Global Screen&rsquo;s sales and acquisitions strategy. I am very sorry to see Marlene Fritz go.
