\n\tSTOCKHOLM: Endemol Shine Group has reshaped its Nordic businesses to form Endemol Shine Nordics, with the combined operations representing the largest production group in the region.<\/p>\n
\n\tEndemol Shine Nordics will incorporate group companies in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, among them Meter Television, STO-CPH Produktion, Filmlance International, Friday TV, Mag5 Content, Rubicon TV, Metronome Spartacus, Metronome Productions, Endemol Sweden and Shine Finland. Existing Endemol labels within Denmark, Norway and Finland will be withdrawn and the businesses will be incorporated into current Shine Nordics production companies alongside Endemol Sweden.<\/p>\n
\n\tRikke Nissen, the managing director of Endemol Denmark, and Eric Linschooten, the managing director of Endemol Norway will leave the company after a handover period. As part of this integration, the CEO position is being discontinued in the new group. Gary Carter, Endemol Shine Group International co-CEO and previously chairman of Shine Nordics, will oversee operations in the newly created organization.<\/p>\n
