He will develop and implement overall strategies for the market, providing leadership, direction and ensuring ambitious objectives are identified and met. Based in FIC&rsquo;s London office, Ford will report to Diego Londono, the executive VP of Western and Northern Europe and COO for Europe and Africa.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tLondono commented: &quot;We are delighted to welcome Jeff Ford to FIC.
