\n\tDUBLIN: Jeff Ford is leaving his post as the director of content at TV3 in Ireland in April, planning to relocate to the U.K. and assume a new role with FOX International Channels.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe relocation puts Ford back near his home in London. He said in a statement: “It is with great sadness that I leave TV3. It’s been a wonderful period and now is such an exciting time for the Group with so many impressive plans in the schedule for 2015 and beyond.<\/p>\n
\n\t"I always intended to leave by the end of 2015, but the arrival of my first grandchild in January brought forward these plans to return to the U.K.<\/p>\n
\n\t"I have met some wonderful colleagues who have become great friends during my time in Ireland and TV3 will continue to have my support into the future. I wish the company every success.” <\/p>\n
\n\tDavid McRedmond, TV3 Group CEO, said: “Although we're very sorry to see Jeff leave, I wish him and his wife Tracy a very happy return to the U.K., and thank Jeff for his massive contribution to TV3 and for his personal warmth and friendship.<\/p>\n
