Metzger reports directly to Jan Frouman, the CEO of Red Arrow Entertainment Group. Metzger joined the ProSiebenSat.1 Group in 2000 and first worked as legal counsel for various departments. Later he assumed different positions in ProSiebenSat.1&#039;s legal unit, including head of new business projects and head of TV production.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tFrouman said: &quot;Martin is a terrific lawyer with loads of hands-on experience in production, format licensing and development&mdash;exactly what we want and need within the organization. Our entire board knows Martin well and has worked with him for years.
