She will also handle international sales and distribution for all IP rights on every platform.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tSmith started her career as co-founder and director of production at Bullseye TV, which was eventually acquired by the Zodiak Group. She later served as executive producer at Discovery Networks. After that, she co-founded and directed iMama.tv.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tSmith commented: &quot;Factory Media is one of those rare gems where established content, audience and platform meet and the combination is virtually unexploited. What I&#039;m here to do is connect up brands, broadcasters and publishing for 360 delivery.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDarryl Newton, the CEO of Factory Media, added: &quot;We think we&#039;ve found in Dee a unique combination of skills both in &#039;traditional&#039; TV, building up production companies and overseeing broadcast production to a profound hands-on understanding of digital content strategy.
