\n\tPARIS: Francois de Brugada, currently the COO of Banijay Group, is taking on the new role of CEO of Banijay Group France, responsible for all of the company's French operations.<\/p>\n

\n\tHe will take on oversight for Air Productions, Banijay Productions France and H2O, a well as the Canal Sat channel co-venture Non-Stop People, alongside future group developments in France. De Brugada has been with Banijay since its launch in 2008. He served as executive VP of content and later as group COO.<\/p>\n

\n\tMarco Bassetti, the CEO of Banijay Group, said, “We have consolidated our position in multiple territories and France is now a very important part of our business that we want to invest in growing further. There is a lot more that can be achieved with the right leadership in place. Francois’ experience, knowledge and contacts in the French market are second to none and I am delighted that he will be leading our French teams going forward. With Francois focusing on this part of our business we will develop even more opportunities for the group as a whole.”<\/p>\n

\n\tDe Brugada added, “I am thrilled to take up this new challenge. We run four successful operations in France, with first-class talent in front and behind the camera.
