\n\tTORONTO: Breakthrough Entertainment has closed a slew of deals with European broadcasters, among them HBO Europe, Yle Teema and TV4.<\/p>\n

\n\tHBO Europe picked up the Turkish film A Handful of Sea<\/em>, while Chello Central Europe signed a multi-series agreement that includes David Rocco’s Dolce India<\/em>, Raw Opium<\/em>, Return to Nepal<\/em>, Shameless Idealists<\/em>, The Future Revealed<\/em> and The Pagan Christ<\/em>. Also in Central Europe, the Czech Republic’s \u00c4\u008ceská televize got Greatest Tank Battles Season 3<\/em>, Battlefield Mysteries<\/em> and Edge of War<\/em>. Three broadcasters in Poland bought a range of titles: Domo+ went for The Agents<\/em>, onet took H2 Hilarious<\/em> and Plastic Makes Perfect<\/em>, and TVN licensed Naked News: Uncovered<\/em>. Denmark’s TV2 also nabbed Naked News: Uncovered<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe company also found buyers across Western Europe. Discovery Communications Europe took Greatest Tank Battles Season 3<\/em>, while both Yle Teema in Finland and Belgium’s VRT picked up The Motherload<\/em>. The Italian RAI has Rocket Monkeys<\/em>, The Future Revealed<\/em> and Operation Unplugged<\/em>. The Pagan Christ<\/em> went to Ireland’s RTÉ, and Dino Dan: Treck’s Adventures Seasons 3 and 4<\/em> went to Norway’s NRK and British network UKTV. Finally, two Swedish channels also signed deals with Breakthrough, giving The Adventures of Napkin Man<\/em> to SVT and Boundless<\/em> to TV4.<\/p>\n

\n\tOver in Russia, 2×2 has Rocket Monkeys<\/em> while Red Media went for American Food Battle<\/em> and Opening Bestellen<\/em>. Rounding out the list is Ukraine with DirectSight\/Inter taking Greatest Tank Battles<\/em>.<\/p>\n
