Before that he was the managing director of Granada\/ITV Studios Germany. Oelze, together with Beta Film, is now behind a new production venture that will be up and running in the next few months.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;I&rsquo;m delighted to be forming a partnership with Jan Mojto&rsquo;s Beta Film with their vast expertise in Germany as well as in the international TV market.
