Theodore Kyriakou, the chief executive of Antenna, will join Raine&#039;s board of directors. Antenna will also become Raine&#039;s strategic partner in Europe. In turn, Raine will help to identify global expansion opportunities for Antenna in the areas of content production, digital media, music and online entertainment.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>\n\t\tKyriakou said: &ldquo;Antenna has created significant value in the media industry, by managing and investing in a portfolio of broadcast networks, digital platforms and content production. Our operational and financial expertise, together with Raine&rsquo;s powerful deal-making skills, will enable us to explore investment opportunities in existing as well as new markets.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\tJoe Ravitch and Jeff Sine, co-founders of Raine, added: &ldquo;We are delighted to be teaming up with Antenna and we welcome Theo to our board of directors. With his track record in making transformative media investments he will be a valuable resource for our team.
