\n\tLOS ANGELES\/ROME: In June 2014, SDI Media is set to open a new custom-designed, full service dubbing facility in Rome.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe company has already hired employees for SDI Media Rome, which has begun production in the historical Il Messaggero<\/em> newspaper building in the center of the city. The studios will kick off operations with five fully-equipped recording rooms meant for broadcast, theatrical and home entertainment outlets. There will also be an additional mixing room for broadcast services.<\/p>\n \n\tA second phase of building for SDI Media Rome will take place later in the year, which will result in a total of ten recording rooms and five mixing rooms, including a state-of-the-art theatrical mixing suite.<\/p>\n \n\t"The timing is right for SDI Media to enter Rome; we have an opportunity to become the leading localization provider in the territory and we have found a fantastic team and a great location to strengthen our presence in Italy," stated Walter Schonfeld, the CEO of SDI Media.
