\n\tLONDON: Steve Macallister, formerly the president and managing director of BBC Worldwide's sales and distribution division, is taking on the role of CEO of Zodiak Rights, succeeding Matthew Frank, who is stepping down after 20 years.<\/p>\n

\n\tMacallister takes on the role as of January 13. He joins from BBC Worldwide, where he was responsible for exploiting its catalogue of more than 50,000 hours of programming around the world. Prior to BBC Worldwide, Macallister was managing the distribution business at Disney\/ABC International Television – Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n

\n\tFrank has been with Zodiak Right for two decades, having joined his brother's indie RDF in 1994. RDF Rights became Zodiak Rights in 2010, following the acquisition of RDF Media Group by Zodiak. His departure follows on his brother David Frank's exit. David Frank was formerly the CEO of Zodiak Media. He was succeeded by Marc-Antoine d'Halluin in October 2013.<\/p>\n
