He will be relocating from Munich to London to take on the chief executive role at FremantleMedia International. The post was previously held by David Ellender, who left the company in July after a 12-year tenure.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tFremantleMedia International gave <em>World Screen Newsflash <\/em>the following statement about the hire: &quot;We can confirm that Jens Richter will be joining FremantleMedia to take up the position of CEO of FremantleMedia International. Jens is an outstanding and dynamic executive with extensive knowledge and experience of the international distribution market and we are really excited to welcome him to the team. Jens will be joining us when he completes his contract with Red Arrow.
