Guillard has worked as an artistic producer on Endemol France&rsquo;s hit shows for TF1, <em>Les 12 Coups De Midi<\/em> and <em>The Money Drop<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tArtistic director Pierre-Antoine Boucly has been appointed as executive manager of productions, responsible for overseeing all productions excluding scripted programming.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAll three will report directly to Nicolas Coppermann, the president of Endemol France. Coppermann commented: &quot;I am thrilled to have Sophie joining us at Endemol France. Having her with us will add further creative drive and leadership to the company and many of our key brands.
