The series is semi-improvised by Mortimer and Wells (<em>Spy<\/em>, <em>Bridget Jones&#039;s Diary<\/em>), who are real-life best friends. The show looks at the dynamics of female friendship, set against the backdrop of Los Angeles. There are a number of cameos from high-profile film stars throughout the show as well.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tSky Vision is also launching <em>Moonfleet<\/em>, a feature-length classic drama. It is an adaptation of the John Meade Falkner novel. It stars Aneurin Barnard (<em>The White Queen<\/em>, <em>Citadel<\/em>) and Ray Winstone (<em>Sexy Beast<\/em>, <em>The Departed<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>\n\tCarl Hall, the managing director of Sky Vision, commented: &ldquo;I am thrilled we will be launching our first comedy series at MIPCOM with Dolly and Emily in Cannes and our first drama feature. Following the launch of Sky Vision just last year, we are already offering a wide range of high-quality drama and comedy from Sky and other third-party producers.
