LONDON: The Garden, a television production company now owned by ITV Studios, has added to its senior creative team with two new appointments and a promotion.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Executive producer Lucy Bowden comes from Dragonfly, where she was the series producer for One Born Every Minute<\/em>. She will report to David Wise, The Garden’s head of programs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bowden, who previously collaborated with Nick Curwin and Magnus Temple, CEOs of The Garden, noted: "I’m thrilled to be working with Nick and Magnus again and joining a company that makes such stunning television programs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Temple said: "We’re delighted to welcome Lucy back. She is an exceptionally bright and talented program-maker and will be a first-class addition to our team."<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Louise Doolan has been named as the new head of development. Since 2011 she had been employed by Princess\/Shine, where she contributed to the development of Ashley Banjo’s Secret Street Crew<\/em> and Dirty Great Machines<\/em>, among other titles. She will work under Kate Collier, who has been elevated to the post of director of development.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Doolan stated: "I’m really excited about joining The Garden and can’t wait to start working with Kate and the team."<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Collier previously served as The Garden’s head of development. In her new role, she will concentrate on special projects and those with global potential while continuing to handle the company’s overall development efforts.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Collier commented: "I’m really excited Louise is joining us. Her sensibilities and proven track-record are a perfect fit for The Garden’s continued drive towards an innovative, industry-leading development slate."<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Curwin added: "We have big ambitions for the future and although we’re fortunate to have some of the most talented people in the industry already working at The Garden, we needed to recruit and reorganize to give ourselves the best chance of achieving our goals."<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
