Entertainment Television, The Style Network and Movies 24.&nbsp;She will work under&nbsp;Duccio Donati, UNI&#8217;s executive VP.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Douglas previously served as the head of her own consultancy business, where she provided business and marketing advice to a variety of organizations spanning such fields as media, entertainment, publishing, theater, retain and non-profit.
