In his new role he will supervise the revenue growth of 66 channels, manage the company&#8217;s corporate development team and establish business partnerships.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Huisman will officially become the new CFO early next year. Right now he is working as the VP of mergers and acquisitions for Liberty Global, Chellomedia&#8217;s parent company. Upon Huisman&#8217;s appointment, Angela McMullen, the interim CFO, will become the managing director of special projects.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Moriarty is currently the managing director of Chellomedia for Central Europe, a title he took on in 2006. Over the past two decades he has held a number of positions, including CEO of UPC Hungary and managing director of Liberty Global Ventures.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Niall Curran, the president of Chellomedia, commented: &quot;I am delighted that Simon Freer and Ron Huisman are joining Chellomedia&#8217;s team. Their extensive experience in developing businesses is a perfect complement to our strong TV operations expertise, and positions us well to pursue the many opportunities that we see in our markets.
