He will also serve as an advisor to the president and senior management team of the company&#8217;s international production business and head up corporate business affairs management and development.&nbsp;Based in London, he will work under Corii Berg, SPT&#8217;s senior executive VP of business affairs.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Parsons recently worked as a consultant for Wiggin LLP, a media legal practice in the U.K. Other titles he has previously held include chief counsel at Shine Group and director of corporate finance and legal affairs at BBC Worldwide.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Berg remarked: &quot;Richard has an impressive track record of executing successful joint ventures and acquisitions on behalf of high-profile companies in the global television sector.
