He reports directly to Duccio Donati, the executive VP of Universal Networks International. In the position, Shaw will work with local ad-sales teams to increase revenues and maximize opportunities for advertisers across NBCUniversal International&#8217;s core pay-TV brands. Prior to his appointment, Shaw was managing director at Up from the Skies, a media consultancy. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Donati commented: &ldquo;Chris&rsquo; breadth of experience and innovative approach to driving commercial results is integral to the growth of our portfolio of channel brands around the world.
