Additionally, Davis will oversee ad sales efforts and the commercial exploitation of ancillary rights to JV content. He&nbsp;will work under Tom Davidson, the company&#8217;s managing director. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Prior to his appointment, Davis served as the VP of content distribution for Viacom Media Network. Before that he held positions at Discovery Communications and the National Cable and Television Association.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&quot;We are delighted that Bakori Davis is joining the company in this new role,&quot; said Davidson. &quot;There is great opportunity for growth and with over 15 years with global entertainment companies, he has the experience and expertise to drive growth across all our channels in the U.K. and internationally.&quot;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Davis added: &quot;It&#8217;s an exciting time to be joining A+E Networks UK.
