He now takes over responsibility for Challenge, a service dedicated to game shows that moved from pay TV&nbsp;to free TV&nbsp;in January 2011, and Pick TV, which features content from Sky&#8217;s entertainment channels. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Stuart Murphy, the director of programs at Sky, said: &ldquo;As our only free-to-air entertainment channels, Pick and Challenge play an important role within our broad portfolio of channels.  Stephen&rsquo;s love of TV coupled with his experience and expertise of working with brands in innovative ways is just the combination we&rsquo;ve been looking for.&rdquo;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Ladlow added, &ldquo;Challenge and Pick TV provide great entertainment and play an important role for Sky.
