He is replaced by Wolfgang Link, who has been the head of Sat.1&#8217;s entertainment operations since 2011. Link has also led format production for the group. <br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Joachim Kosack is exiting his post as the managing director of Sat.1, heading to UFA.
