Hans Engholm, CEO of ITV Studios Nordic, noted, &quot;With the acquisition of Mediacircus, ITV Studios Nordic takes a major step into the Norwegian market.  Mediacircus has demonstrated the highest levels of creativity and quality with their productions, which has resulted in hit formats.
