For the first time, the German pay platform will also license first-run and catalogue television series from the SPT library.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&quot;This arrangement strengthens our position as number one in films,&quot; said Gary Davey, the executive VP&nbsp;of programming at Sky Deutschland. &quot;The cooperative agreement ensures that Sky in Germany and in Austria will not only have the films of another major Hollywood studio, but also guarantees outstanding films for our innovative services Sky Anytime and Sky Go.
