LONDON: Paul Heaney, the president and managing director of Cineflix Rights, is leaving the company at the end of May. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Chris Bonney, the CEO of rights for Cineflix Media, will cover the role in the interim period. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Heaney said: “I’ve had a fantastic ten years at Cineflix growing the distribution operation from scratch to the success we are today. It has been an incredibly tough decision but I feel that it’s the right time to pursue new opportunities and I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead. Cineflix has, without doubt, one of the best teams in the business and I’m extremely proud of what we accomplished together. I will be watching Cineflix’s progress intently and wish everyone at Cineflix continued success.”

\nGlen Salzman, the CEO of Cineflix Media, added: “Paul has been instrumental in leading Cineflix’s international distribution business from a start-up operation to an industry leader which has grown considerably in revenue and industry respect each year.
