PARIS: Among the star talent headed to Cannes are Julian Fellowes<\/a>, Elle Macpherson and documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock.

Jean Reno and René Balcer will be on hand to promote the new series Le Grand<\/em>, presented by Atlantique Productions in partnership with TF1 and distributor SevenOne International. Geraldine Somerville (Harry Potter<\/em>, Gosford Park<\/em>), Toby Jones (Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy<\/em>) and Glen Blackhill (Jump<\/em>, Echoes<\/em>) will be promoting the ITV Studios Global Entertainment mini-series Titanic<\/em>. The cast members will be joined by Titanic<\/em> scriptwriter Julian Fellowes and producers Chris Thompson and Simon Vaughan. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Frank Potente (Jason Bourne<\/em> films), Tom Weston-Jones (MI-5<\/em>) and executive producer Christina Wayne (Mad Men<\/em>) will attend on behalf of the Cineflix Studios crime series Copper<\/em>. Former top-model Elle Macpherson, host of the new Electus TV show Fashion Star<\/em>, is attending the market. As are Deena Nicole Cortese and Vinny Guadagnino, stars of the hit MTV series Jersey Shore<\/em>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

From the series Femme Fatales<\/em>, distributed by Entertainment One, cast members Nikki Griffin (Fast & Furious III<\/em>, Dukes of Hazard<\/em>), Tiffany Brouwer (The Help<\/em>), Christine Donlon, Madison Dylan, Shani Pride and Catherine Annette will attend MIPTV, joined by co-creators and executive producers Mark A. Altman (Castle<\/em>, Necessary Roughness<\/em>) and Steve Kriozere (N.C.I.S.<\/em>, V.I.P.<\/em>).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Oscar-winning producer Iain Canning (The King’s Speech<\/em>, Shame<\/em>) will take part in the MIPTV Drama CoProXchange program and present his upcoming drama Top of The Lake<\/em>, with a cast including Elisabeth Moss (Mad Men<\/em>), Holly Hunter (The Piano<\/em>), Peter Mullan (War Horse<\/em>) and directed by Oscar-winner Jane Campion (The Piano<\/em>, The Portrait of a Lady<\/em>). Also taking part in the MIPTV Drama CoProXchange program, BAFTA Award-winning British TV writer and producer Paul Abbott (Shameless<\/em>, State of Play<\/em>) will present his new project Hit and Miss<\/em>, with Chloë Sevigny (Big Love<\/em>, Boys Don’t Cry<\/em>).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The chef and TV host Chuck Hughes is coming to Cannes with Beyond Distribution to present his new programs Chuck’s Week Off: Mexico <\/em>and Chuckmas<\/em>.<\/span><\/span> The documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock (Super Size Me<\/em>) will host a special lunch on April 1 with FremantleMedia Enterprises. Panini Media is bringing XII Tribes Entertainment’s new drama series Signs<\/em> to MIPTV, presented by actress Ysé Brisson and producer Michel Zgarka. Miss World 2011 Ivian Sarcos is also set to attend.
