He has been co-CEO of Fremantle Italy since May 2022 with Gabriele Immirzi, who has now become co-CEO with Lorenzo Mieli of The Apartment Pictures, a Fremantle company.<\/p>\n<p>Tombolini was CCO of Endemol until 2009, and in 2010, he became managing director of Sony Spain and subsequently managing director of Toro Media and Talpa Italia. In 2018, he joined Fremantle, first as director of the then-Wavy division and then he was chief strategy officer.<\/p>\n<p>Andrea Scrosati, group COO and CEO for continental Europe at Fremantle,\u00a0said: &#8220;I have known Marco for many years and have always admired his remarkable talent, vision and ability to work in a team. I am sure that thanks to his leadership and\u00a0the support he will receive from Jaime Ondarza as CEO of southern Europe, Fremantle Italy will continue to grow, creating even more innovative shows capable of engaging and inspiring audiences.
