{"id":12004,"date":"2022-07-11T11:19:13","date_gmt":"2022-07-11T15:19:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev2.worldscreen.com\/tveurope\/amcni-cne-vodafone-cz-renew-distribution-pact\/"},"modified":"2022-07-11T12:22:15","modified_gmt":"2022-07-11T16:22:15","slug":"amcni-cne-vodafone-cz-renew-distribution-pact","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tveurope\/2022\/07\/11\/amcni-cne-vodafone-cz-renew-distribution-pact\/","title":{"rendered":"AMCNI CNE &amp; Vodafone CZ Renew Distribution Pact"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AMC Networks International Central and Northern Europe (AMCNI CNE) and Vodafone Czech Republic (Vodafone CZ) have inked a multiyear renewal of their long-term distribution agreement.<\/p>\n<p>The strategic partnership covers AMCNI CNE\u2019s ten-channel portfolio in the Czech Republic, including Sport1, Sport2, Spektrum, Spektrum Home, TV Paprika, Minimax, JimJam, AMC, Film+ and CBS Reality.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of AMCNI\u2019s continual programming investments, sport fans can enjoy summer with locally relevant programming such as live coverage of Formula One racing Grand Prix events and UEFA Nations League. In the autumn, Vodafone CZ subscribers will be able to watch Champions Hockey League and UEFA Europa League, Conference League and Swedish and Swiss Hockey League matches. In addition, they will be able to access EHF Handball Champions League and all the UEFA Nations League matches of Germany, France, England, Spain and Holland, as well as all the upcoming UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifiers, many of which will also be broadcast exclusively on Sport1.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to sport, viewers can enjoy AMC\u2019s original productions with dramas such as <em>Fear the Walking Dead<\/em> and <em>Better Call Saul<\/em>. TV Paprika will premiere <em>The Great British Bake Off<\/em>. Subscribers can watch new episodes of<em> Undercover Boss<\/em> on Spektrum as well as exclusive Spektrum Home premieres of <em>Property Brothers<\/em> series, <em>Grand Designs Sweden<\/em>, Monty Don\u2019s gardening series and <em>Designed for Luxury Czech Special Edition<\/em>. In the kids\u2019 portfolio, on <em>Minimax<\/em> and<em> JimJam<\/em>, children will be able to enjoy the likes of <em>Baby Boss<\/em>, <em>My Little Pony<\/em> and <em>Masha and the Bear<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Bal\u00e1zs Haj\u00f3s, VP of affiliate sales at AMCNI CNE, said: \u201cThis renewed carriage agreement of our long-term alliance with Vodafone Czech Republic highlights the strong demand for AMCNI CNE\u2019s portfolio of ten channels covering sought-after sport, drama, film, documentaries and kids\u2019 programming.
