The show is co-written by executive producers Joel Fields and Joe Weisberg (<em>The Americans<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p><em>Welcome to Wrexham<\/em> is a docuseries tracking the dreams and people of Wrexham as two Hollywood stars (Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds) take ownership of the town\u2019s historic yet struggling football club.<\/p>\n<p>The new drama series <em>The Old Man<\/em> lands exclusively on Disney+ in the fall. Based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Thomas Perry, <em>The Old Man<\/em> stars Jeff Bridges, John Lithgow, Amy Brenneman and Alia Shawkat and centers on Dan Chase (Bridges), who absconded from the CIA decades ago and has been living off the grid since.<\/p>\n<p>Exclusively joining Disney+ from FX, <em>Fleishman is in Trouble<\/em> has been adapted by Taffy Brodesser-Akner from her <em>New York Times<\/em> best-selling novel of the same name. The series stars Jesse Eisenberg, Lizzy Caplan, Claire Danes and Adam Brody, directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris (<em>Little Miss Sunshine<\/em>, <em>Ruby Sparks<\/em>, <em>Battle of the Sexes<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Also joining Disney+, the adult animation <em>Little Demon <\/em>stars\u00a0Aubrey Plaza as the voice of Laura, who, after being impregnated by Satan (voiced by Danny DeVito), is attempting to live an ordinary life in Delaware with her Antichrist daughter but is constantly thwarted by monstrous forces.<\/p>\n<p>A range of titles from Disney Television Studios will premiere on Disney+ in the coming months, including the limited series <em>Mike<\/em> from showrunner Karin Gist, creator\/screenwriter Steven Rogers and the team behind <em>I, Tonya<\/em>. The show tells the story of the dynamic and controversial life of boxing icon Mike Tyson, starring Trevante Rhodes.<\/p>\n<p>Also coming to Disney+, produced by 20th Television, the romantic comedy series <em>Maggie<\/em> stars Rebecca Rittenhouse. There&#8217;s also <em>Welcome to Chippendales<\/em>, an eight-episode limited series starring Kumail Nanjiani, who plays Somen \u201cSteve\u201d Banerjee, the Indian-American entrepreneur who started Chippendales.<\/p>\n<p>Co-created by Justin Roiland (<em>Rick and Morty<\/em>) and Mike McMahan (<em>Rick and Morty<\/em>, <em>Star Trek: Lower Decks<\/em>), the third season of <em>Solar Opposites<\/em> arrives on Disney+ on July 13.<\/p>\n<p>New series and documentaries from National Geographic include <em>Limitless<\/em> <em>with Chris Hemsworth<\/em>, <em>Dance the World with Derek Hough<\/em>, <em>Extraordinary Birder<\/em> with Christian Cooper and<em> Farming is Life<\/em> with Indy Srinath. The new docuseries <em>Science Fair: The Series<\/em>, based on the Sundance Festival hit and SXSW Audience Award-winning documentary, follows the agony and ecstasy of the beloved and brainy teenage subculture of competitive science.<\/p>\n<p>In the coming months, Disney+ will welcome a number of movies launching exclusively, including 20th Century Studios&#8217; <em>The Princess<\/em>, starring Joey King as a beautiful, strong-willed princess who refuses to wed the cruel sociopath to whom she is betrothed, and is kidnapped and locked in a remote tower of her father\u2019s castle.<\/p>\n<p>Searchlight Pictures\u2019 <em>Not Okay<\/em> launches on July 29, a satire that follows an aimless aspiring writer (Zoey Deutch) who fakes an Instagram-friendly trip to Paris in the hopes of boosting her social media clout but unwittingly falls into a lie bigger than she ever imagined.<\/p>\n<p>Plus, 20th Century Studios&#8217; <em>Prey<\/em> on August 5, an all-new entry in the <em>Predator<\/em> franchise set in the Comanche Nation 300 years ago directed by Dan Trachtenberg (<em>The Boys<\/em>, <em>10 Cloverfield Lane<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p><em>Rosaline<\/em> is a fresh comedic twist on Shakespeare\u2019s <em>Romeo &amp; Juliet<\/em>, with the classic love story now told from the perspective of Juliet\u2019s cousin Rosaline, who also happens to be Romeo\u2019s recent love interest. The film stars Kaitlyn Dever and is directed by Karen Maine.<\/p>\n<p>Seven U.K. original series are coming to Disney+, including <em>Wedding Season<\/em>, a genre-busting action-thriller romance about two people who shouldn\u2019t be together but who can\u2019t stay away from one another, and the new comedy <em>Extraordinary<\/em>, from the production company behind <em>Killing Eve<\/em>, which tells the story of Jen, who lives in a world where everyone has a superpower\u2014except her.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Ballad of Renegade Nell<\/em> comes from BAFTA Award-winning writer and executive producer Sally Wainwright (<em>Gentleman Jack<\/em>, <em>Happy Valley<\/em>), with Ben Taylor (<em>Sex Education<\/em>, <em>Catastrophe<\/em>) joining as director and executive producer for episodes one and two.<\/p>\n<p>David Beckham will feature on Disney+ as he mentors a struggling young grassroots football side in the docuseries <em>Save Our Squad<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s also the darkly comedic <em>Culprits<\/em>, about the aftermath of a heist, featuring an exciting ensemble cast that includes Gemma Arterton, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, Niamh Algar, and Eddie Izzard.<\/p>\n<p>The epic new action-adventure series <em>Nautilus<\/em>, starring Shazad Latif and Richard E.
