Noel Tovey has been appointed as managing director of Sky Studios Elstree, Sky\u2019s brand-new state-of-the-art film and TV studio.<\/p>\n

Tovey will take on overall responsibility for the management of Sky Studios Elstree as it becomes home to a range of productions from Sky and NBCUniversal when it opens later this year. Universal Pictures\u2019 Wicked, starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, will be the first production to take up residence at Sky Studios Elstree.<\/p>\n

Tovey has held senior leadership roles at three of the U.K.\u2019s world-leading studio facilities: Pinewood, Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden and Shepperton Studios. He most recently served as VP of sales at Leavesden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
