Banijay Germany has reported a series of appointments and moves across its local entities.<\/p>\n
Panagiota Vafea is joining Endemol Shine Germany as executive director and Tom K\u00fchn as executive producer.<\/p>\n
Vafea joins Endemol Shine Germany\u2019s management team from ITV Studios Germany, where she was executive producer, overseeing hit shows such as Dancing on Ice<\/em> and long-running German formats Ich bin ein Star\u2013Holt mich hier raus!<\/em> and Grill den Henssler<\/em>.<\/p>\n K\u00fchn joins the company following 18 years at i&u TV production, where he produced ARD\u2019s popular Saturday evening show Klein gegen Gro\u00df<\/em>.<\/p>\n Good Times welcomes Shona Fraser as joint managing director, alongside Sylvia Fahrenkrog-Petersen. In her previous role as head of entertainment at RTLZwei, Fraser was responsible for hit formats such as Battle of the Reality Stars<\/em>, Love Island<\/em> and Naked Attraction<\/em>.<\/p>\n Landgraf has been promoted to deputy managing director. In her new role, Landgraf will work closely with Managing Directors Fahrenkrog-Petersen and Fraser, having been with the label for 15 years, as an editor, in development and most recently, as creative director.<\/p>\n Fabian Tobias, managing director of Endemol Shine Germany, said: \u201cPanagiota is a trusted, award-winning producer and a valuable asset to our management board.
