And, of course, we want to contribute to this from Germany. Thinking globally and acting locally very much applies to our business.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Joining at the beginning of April, Benthaus-Gebauer most recently served as Imago TV Film\u2019s creative director. She previously worked as chief executive producer at Storyhouse for reality, people and factual entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>Tower produces such formats in Germany as <em>Undercover Boss<\/em> (RTL) and <em>Das Gro\u00dfe Backen<\/em> (SAT.1), as well as documentaries <em>Unforgettable\u2014Our Choir for People with Dementia<\/em> (ZDF) and <em>Me, Simply Unemployable?<\/em> (VOX). The company also has exclusive access to All3Media International\u2019s format catalog.<\/p>\n<p>Taco Rijssemus, CEO of All3Media Deutschland, said: \u201cWe are delighted that Kirstin is joining Tower Productions.
