His core mission will be to leverage existing operational and geographical synergies to establish structuring alliances in content, distribution and technology.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e9goire Castaing, group deputy CEO in charge of finance and strategy, adds to his responsibilities the supervision of the group&#8217;s actions in the fight against discrimination, representation of diversity and environmental protection. His aim will be to coordinate the initiatives taken within the internal committees on these topics launched at the end of 2018 for all countries and activities of Canal+ Group. In addition, he will oversee the group&#8217;s real estate activities and will lead the relocation of Canal+ Group&#8217;s headquarters in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Maxime Saada, chairman and CEO, said: &#8220;Canal+ Group\u2019s strategic plan over the past five years has enabled the company to turn around its business in France, to double the number of subscribers worldwide, to develop an unrivaled OTT viewing experience via myCANAL, and to significantly improve the Group&#8217;s profitability in order to invest in its development. Now is the time to accelerate to make the most of the positive effects of Canal+&#8217;s global footprint.
