The reorganization also includes selling off NENT Studios\u2019 non-scripted production, branded entertainment and events businesses.<\/p>\n<p>Splay One operates the largest multichannel network in the Nordics, garnering more than 250 million video views every month. It has also expanded into content development, strategy, distribution and multiplatform productions, employing 120 people across the region.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are pleased to have found a new home for Splay One that will enable the company to accelerate both its growth and strategy development,&#8221; said Anders Jensen, NENT Group&#8217;s president and CEO. &#8220;This transaction marks the first step in our process to reshape our Studios portfolio to work with scripted content only and fully integrated with Viaplay.
