Kollatschny has previously held producer and editor positions at creatv, Brainpool TV, Fernsehmacher and Kollareuth Media. In 2016, he left Twitter Germany to become managing director of Endemol Shine Beyond Germany. Since then, he has also served as director of light entertainment and commercial for Endemol Shine Germany.<\/p>\n<p>Fred Burcksen, president and CEO of ZDF Enterprises, said: \u201cWe are delighted to welcome Michael Kollatschny on board of one of the most creative media companies in Germany.
