The number of pay-TV subscribers across Western Europe will fall by 2.6 percent between 2019 and 2025 to reach 99.86 million, according to Digital TV Research.<\/p>\n
Pay-TV revenues, meanwhile, will fall by 12.5 percent in the same period, as homes pay less for TV as they move to bundles.<\/p>\n
Of the 18 markets covered in the report, all but four will lose pay-TV subs, with Germany set to shed the most (871,000), followed by the U.K. (785,000).<\/p>\n
