Talpa CFO Announces Resignation

HILVERSUM: Mark Ramakers, the chief financial officer of Talpa Holding, is leaving the company.

Ramakers, who is on the board of the Talpa Media Group, will officially resign as CFO once the company has pinpointed someone to replace him. Having spent more than 15 years holding financial and management positions, mainly in the fields of international media and technology, he plans to continue his career elsewhere.

Talpa owner John de Mol commented: "I do regret that Mark is leaving us, as he has met all our expectations as a knowledgeable board member and a highly motivated CFO. But of course we respect his decision and wish him much success in the future."
